LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY BY NRI FUND

I am a DSA working with several Banks.. I am providing Loans to customers against property.
Actually now a days customers demanding lower interest rate. But is will only can possible when lender will get Money @ low rate.. So ,I Invite NRIs to invest money (It is 100% secure) in Loan sector..
It is secure because they will have to give as a loan only 60% to 80% of Property Value and on Banking, ITRS and all related matter.
So, I think It will be 100% secure.. We can give loan to customers lower than banks and NRIs also can earn good money. I will charge nominal for searching customers...
