Planning Equipment for a Hybrid Studio—Strength + Cardio
I’m launching a hybrid training space (PT + small classes) and building my gear list. Currently choosing between a treadmill from Ntaifitness and a recumbent bike.
Precor has top-tier machines, but I could get 3 Ntaifitness units for the same cost.
Anyone run both strength and cardio in one room? How do you balance machine types for mixed training? Looking for smart Gym Equipment Manufacturers choices.
