Navigator's ride is getting bouncy – anyone know a good Lincoln specialist?

I've had my Navigator for a few years now and it's been great, but recently I've noticed the ride is getting a bit bouncy, especially over speed bumps. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the air suspension, which I know can be a common issue on these cars, especially in the heat. I'd rather avoid the dealership if I can, so I'm looking for an independent specialist who really knows their way around Lincolns. A friend mentioned that finding a place that offers Certified Lincoln Service in Abu Dhabi is the way to go if you want proper diagnostics and quality work without the dealer price tag . I've seen a few names like Red Fox Auto Care and Dynatrade mentioned online, but I'd love to hear from someone who's actually used them before I start calling around . Has anyone here had suspension work done on their Lincoln and found a good specialist? I'm all ears for any honest recommendations.

What year is your Navigator, and does the suspension warning ever show up on the dash? Also, does the bounce happen all the time or only after it's been sitting overnight? That would tell you a lot about whether it's a leak or the dampers themselves.

Listen for the compressor when you start the car. If it runs constantly or takes ages to pump the car up, it's working overtime to cover a leak and will burn out soon. Also check the height sensors and the fuse, since a failed sensor can make the ride feel loose without any actual bag damage.

I wouldn't trust any place that says "it's the air suspension" over the phone. Bounciness can just as easily be worn dampers, and the two get mixed up all the time. Ask for a proper inspection first, and be wary of anyone pushing you to replace all four corners at once.

Had this on my Expedition, same platform, and it was a cracked air spring rubber, not the compressor. Heat and sand kill them out here. Ask the shop to spray soapy water on the bags to find the leak before they quote you for a whole new set.

Bouncy over speed bumps on a Navigator usually means the rear air springs or the shock absorbers are tired. Park it overnight on level ground and see if one corner sits lower in the morning. A slow leak in an air bag is the most common culprit, and it's a much cheaper fix if you catch it early.
